1. About

Alvo Minerals Limited (ASX:ALV) is focused on exploring and developing its base and precious metals project in Brazil.

Alvo holds rights to the advanced Palma base metals project located in the states of Tocantins and Goias in central Brazil (the Palma Project).

A key component of the Palma Project was the subject of a Brazilian Federal Government public auction in 2019, which Alvo won. This entitled Alvo (through its subsidiary Alvo Brazil) to enter an agreement with the Brazilian Federal Geological Survey Department (Companhia de Pesquisa de Recursos Minerais or CPRM), pursuant to which Alvo has an opportunity to earn a 100% interest in the key tenements, which include the C1 and C3 high grade Cu & Zn VMS hosted JORC compliant inferred mineral resource.

In addition to the tenements obtained through the CPRM auction, Alvo has set about acquiring rights over the surrounding tenements creating a district scale opportunity (>500km2 ) including over 30km of strike covering the prospective geology.
