  • Predominantly triple net lease structures with minimal capex leakage

 

On 30 October 2019, the Trust changed its name from Charter Hall Education Trust to Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX:CQE) to reflect its broadened investment mandate into social infrastructure.
