GUD Holdings Limited (ASX:GUD) comprises a number of dynamic product companies based in Australia and New Zealand. Through these businesses, GUD is the owner of one of the Asia-Pacific region's premier brand portfolios. Most of GUD's brands are market leaders in their individual product categories and industries.

In addition to brand management, GUD's principal skills are in the disciplines of product design and development, offshore sourcing and supply chain management. The Group greatly values new product development and innovation, believing that these capabilities are fundamental to generating long-term, above average financial returns.

The GUD group sources the majority of its product range from pre-qualified, reliable offshore suppliers. Manufacturing capability is currently retained at Davey and AA Gaskets in Australia.

Through the diversity of its activities, GUD services a broad customer base which includes most leading retailers in Australia and New Zealand. The Group's customer base spans department stores, mass merchants, hardware outlets, specialist electrical retailers, automotive aftermarket wholesalers and resellers, water systems dealers, swimming pool builders, retail pool shops and original equipment manufacturers.

GUD has a growing presence in export markets, servicing a range of customers in Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and North America.

GUD operates two businesses:


GUD's automotive businesses include Ryco, Cooper and Wesfil air, oil and fuel filters, Goss engine management replacement parts. Narva lighting and electrical accessories, Projecta battery maintenance and power products, IM Group engine management and electronic replacement parts and gaskets from AA Gaskets.


GUD's water business includes Davey pumps and water pressure systems, swimming pool equipment, spa pool components and water treatment systems.
