1. About

Little Green Pharma (ASX:LGP) was the first Australian company to achieve production of a locally-grown medicinal cannabis product for patient use. Established in 2016 as a privately-owned company in Perth, Western Australia, the company has been supplying Australian patients with naturally-grown medicinal cannabis products since August 2018.

In April 2020 Little Green Pharma achieved another milestone by exporting the first Australian made medicinal cannabis products for patients to the UK, an important step in fulfilling its vision of supplying quality medicinal cannabis products to both Australian and overseas patients.

The company, together with its exclusive Manufacturing Partner and via its distribution arrangements, operates a vertically integrated medicinal cannabis business comprising cultivation, production, research and development, manufacturing, and distribution of medicinal cannabis products.

Little Green Pharma aims to take advantage of opportunities relating to the emerging medicinal cannabis industry in Australia and in certain international jurisdictions.

Track record and product range

Little Green Pharma currently offers four LGP-branded medicinal cannabis oil products in the Australian market and is proposing to launch additional products in the near term. Following the launch of our first medicinal cannabis oil product in August 2018, Little Green Pharma has sold medicinal cannabis oils to more than 2,300 patients in Australia.

Future plans

Little Green Pharma is accelerating its growth strategy by expanding operations in Australia and internationally with the aim of increasing market share and realising economies of scale. In the near term, Little Green Pharma will seek to expand its cannabis cultivation operations and its manufacture of medicinal cannabis products for patient use in Australia. Over the longer term, the company intends to progress various clinical development programmes focusing on the creation of high-value products.
