Shareholders should note that the Board of the Company has determined that the AGM will be a closed meeting in compliance with the Irish Government’s current advice and rules on non-essential travel and limitations on public gatherings as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic. Shareholders can register their votes by appointing the Chairman of the meeting (appointment of no other proxy is permissible) on the proxy form accompanying the Notice of AGM.
