The Transaction is subject to a number of conditions precedent, which are expected to be met over the course of the next few weeks. Once the Transaction completes, further details of the terms of the Transaction will be published. The completion of the disposal of the Company's interest in YASA may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities.
